The answer:
A Reiki Master is someone who has been attuned to the highest level of reiki and who is able to perform attunements on others. These attunements are what makes reiki unique from other forms of healing touch and energy work. The reiki attunement process opens up our bodies and channels so that we’re able to transmit healing energy. Once we have completed an attunement, the ability to channel and run reiki lasts our entire life.
