INVITATIONS TO PREPARE FOR OUR ENERGY SESSION:

Congratulations on taking the leap into Energy Healing. I’m excited for you and our journey together.

Below is a list of gentle invitations to help you prepare for our time together. These are designed to support you in getting the most out of our session and opening fully to the energy we’ll be working with.

Invitation 1:

Set Your Intention

Please take a few moments to think about what you want to achieve from the session. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, healing, clarity, empowerment, or alignment, setting a clear intention will help guide the session’s energy.

Recommendation: You may want to write down your intention if it helps you stay focused.

Invitation 2:

Prepare Your Body

Hydrate: Please make sure you’re well-hydrated in the days leading up to your session to help energy flow more freely.

Avoid Heavy Meals: Please try to eat lightly in the days leading up to your session, and avoid eating at least 2 hours before we begin. This will assist your body in receiving reiki comfortably and easily.

Limit Caffeine and Alcohol: Please avoid caffeine or alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session to keep your energy balanced and receptive.

Allergies and Sensitivities: If you have any allergies to oils or lotions, a recent parasite flare-up, or metal implants (which can interfere with tuning forks), please let me know beforehand so I can tailor our session to meet your needs.

Invitation 3:

Wear Comfortable Clothing

Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully.

  • Women are encouraged to wear minimal makeup and keep their hair down to facilitate comfort and ease during the face and craniosacral portion of the session.

Invitation 4:

Arrive with an Open Mind

Please allow yourself to lean in and embrace the experience, letting go of any expectations or distractions.

Recommendation: Taking a few deep breaths or a brief moment of meditation before the session can help you center yourself.

Invitation 5:

Post-Session Care

Hydrate: Please drink water after the session to support your body’s natural detox process. To continue the clearing and releasing, you may want to either take a dip in the ocean or enjoy an Epsom salt bath.

Journal or Reflect: I encourage you to take a few moments to reflect on the experience. Write down any insights, feelings, or messages that came up during the session, as well as any changes you begin to notice.

Rest: Rest is especially important. Give yourself the time and space to integrate this experience. Trust that your body and mind are processing, and allow yourself to be patient with this journey.

Reiki grows over 24 hours and it is common to feel some clearing in the time after our session.
