Why I Created Sensory Reiki™
Traditional Reiki wasn’t the whole experience I wanted to offer.

Sensory Reiki™ is my original healing methodology, developed through years of hands-on Reiki practice, somatic exploration, intuitive craniosacral work, breath, touch, sound and sensory experience.
Over time, I began noticing something again and again:
The body often knows what it needs before the mind does.
I wanted to create an experience that gave people more ways to listen.
Sensory Reiki™ grew from that exploration.
My role isn’t to fix you.
It’s to create an experience where you can slow down enough to notice what your body, energy and inner knowing have been trying to tell you.
